Reward For Information in Homicide

Attempt to Identify Murder Suspect

The Lake County Crime Stoppers and the Round Lake Park Police Department are seeking your help in providing information that leads to identifying a murder suspect. On 09/29/2019 there was a large house party on the 500 block of Fairlawn in Round Lake Park IL when unknown suspects entered the home and shot four people, killing one of them. 

One of the suspects is described as a male black with short dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing an orange or red hooded sweatshirt, jeans and white gym shoes.

Anyone with information about this suspect or this crime may either submit an anonymous web/mobile tip, in any language, on the Lake County Crime Stoppers website at www.lakecountycrimestoppers.com or www.P3Tips.com. You can also call the Lake County Crime Stoppers tip line at (847) 662-2222 or contact the Round Lake Park Police Department at (847) 546-7275. Crime Stoppers will never ask for your name or phone number. 

The Lake County Crime Stoppers and the Round Lake Park Police Department would like to remind everyone not to attempt to confront any suspects yourself.   

If your information leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00 dollars.

In addition to the $1,000 reward offered by Lake County Crime Stoppers, Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Pastor Arthur Gass announced at a press conference this past week that an additional $5,000 has been added to the reward money.
