Murphy School Honors Veterans

John J. Murphy school honored veterans during an assembly held on Friday November 8th. Several veterans were in attendance during the all school assembly.

Our very own Officer Tim Mitsven was the keynote speaker. Tim served as a Marine for six years participating in Operation Desert Shield. Tim focused on his service in Kuwait describing his unit driving through the streets of Kuwait being greeted as liberators from tyranny.

Thank you to Tim and all of our veterans who have served and sacrificed so we can live in the greatest country in the world, the United States of America.
