Tobacco 21 law change: Bans the sale of tobacco products, vaping products, and liquid nicotine products to anyone younger than 21.  Removes illegal “possession” laws for underage people seen with the aforementioned products and scraps a provision that would require a minor and guardian to attend a smoking prevention class. No Chickens Allowed Village Ordinance

While on routine patrol this afternoon I observed suspicious activity in the area of Forest Glenn and Willow. Earlier this week a complainant had advised that suspicious activity was occurring in this area. As I approached the intersections in an unmarked vehicle the attached unidentified suspects began fleeing the area. An additional unit was called to the scene to attempt to capture the suspects.
